📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Captain in managing the vessel and crew.

Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and safety protocols.

Monitor vessel performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders.

Train and supervise the crew.

Maintain accurate records of vessel operations.

Assist in emergency response planning and execution.

Participate in regular safety drills and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Captain or similar role.

Valid Master's or Chief Mate's license.

Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

Proficiency in English and local language.

Experience in cargo handling and stowage planning.

Familiarity with navigational equipment and systems.
