📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Support the Engineering Manager in overseeing project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide reports to senior management
- Maintain and improve engineering standards and processes
- Ensure all projects meet quality and safety standards
- Leverage tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Project for project management
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new engineering staff
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management or a similar role
