📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to quality standards and customer expectations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Monitor sales and revenue, and work towards achieving store targets.,Conduct regular inspections of the store to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and achieving sales targets.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and food safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.,Ability to use POS systems and other relevant software.
