• Oversee and manage daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Monitor and report on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining a secure and compliant banking environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive branch performance and contribute to overall company objectives.
• Manage branch budgets, including staffing, operational costs, and inventory, to ensure financial sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
