📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain customer data in Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security.
Develop and implement data management processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Provide data analysis and reporting to support sales and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency across all departments.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer data management.
Train and mentor junior staff on data management practices and tools.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer database administration, preferably with Salesforce and HubSpot.
Strong knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in Salesforce Administrator or similar relevant certifications is a plus.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
