📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the management of production schedules and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Participate in safety and quality audits.
  • Keep accurate records of production activities and quality control measures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or quality assurance role.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Basic understanding of medical equipment and supplies.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving attitude.
