EMBER Indonesia is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the best talent for our organization. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from home and our office in Kulon Progo. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track the recruitment process.,Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and hiring.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
