📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth and profitability.,Manage the financial planning and analysis processes to support decision-making.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial plans and budgets.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.,Knowledge of financial risk management and internal controls.
