📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional manner.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.,Train and mentor junior receptionists to maintain high service standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in receptionist or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
