As the Lead Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns promptly.
  • Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.
  • Monitor and control restaurant costs to ensure profitability.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Participate in corporate events and functions as required.
  • Ensure the restaurant meets all quality and service standards set by the company.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and improving profitability.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu planning and cost control.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
