📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates through various recruitment channels.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Provide recruitment and hiring support to the organization.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
