📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads to generate enrollment opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including parents, guardians, and educational institutions.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets.,Conduct school tours, presentations, and information sessions to showcase the benefits of ACLC College.,Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process.,Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in educational sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian education system and market.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Valid SIM (Student Immigration Visa) and work permit for Bali.
