📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Neuropalliative Program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the program.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.,Manage a team of healthcare providers and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and maintain accurate records.,Represent the National Neuroscience Institute at conferences, workshops, and other professional events.,Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare management, nursing, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, with a focus on palliative care or a related field.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and healthcare system is a plus.,Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
