Manage and maintain the company's financial records,Prepare and analyze financial statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Process payroll and manage employee benefits,Coordinate with internal and external auditors,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management,Monitor and report on financial performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field,Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
