Apotek Cahya Cafe & Coffee is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Field Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in the field, ensuring our products are promoted effectively and our sales targets are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Field Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.,Visit assigned stores and outlets to promote our products and services.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer interactions.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.,Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the sales team.,Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
