📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain customer data in Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Develop and implement data management processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide data analysis and reporting to support sales and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency across all departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer database administration, preferably with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Salesforce Administrator or similar relevant certifications is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
