📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in achieving departmental goals and targets.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
