📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, plan, and implement engineering solutions for the maintenance and improvement of park infrastructure.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of park systems and equipment.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and maintenance teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 for detailed design and documentation.
Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Provide technical support and training to staff on engineering-related matters.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on infrastructure maintenance and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Safety Management (OSHA) is a plus.
