📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with RVMC's mission and vision.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to improve overall patient care and hospital operations.,Monitor departmental performance metrics and report to senior management as required.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field (e.g., Medicine, Nursing, Public Health).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards relevant to the department.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
