In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our client base. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing and invoicing.,Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the client base.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.,Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in account management or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.,Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with health and wellness industry is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
