Town Bold Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that our standards are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively,Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed,Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the workplace is safe and clean,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them in a timely and professional manner,Maintain accurate records of all operations and transactions,Assist in training and developing new staff members,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement them as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role,Strong knowledge of operational procedures and processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic computer software and systems,High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with a degree in business, management, or a related field,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English
