In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving the growth of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Develop and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.,Track and manage the sales pipeline, and work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that our products and services are effectively marketed.,Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.,Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Experience with CRM software is a plus.
