Berkah Dian Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for coffee and the hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales staff.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Attend trade shows and networking events to promote the brand.,Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Knowledge of the coffee and beverage industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
