NPI Engineer - New Product Introduction Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire NPI process, from initial concept development to final production launch. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the product are considered, including technical specifications, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing processes. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating with suppliers, conducting feasibility studies, and managing timelines to ensure that products are introduced to market on schedule.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead the NPI process from concept development to production launch
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product introductions
- Coordinate with suppliers to secure necessary materials and components
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess the technical and commercial viability of new products
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency
- Provide technical support and guidance to sales and marketing teams
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in NPI or a similar role in the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
- Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Experience with PLM systems such as Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to your industry
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
