Located in the heart of Badung, our club offers state-of-the-art facilities, including 4 high-quality padel courts, a lounge area, and a café. In this role, you’ll be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring our club runs smoothly. You’ll also be a key part of our team, working closely with our coaches, staff, and management to deliver the best possible experience for our members. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Manage reservations and check-ins, using our in-house booking system.
• Assist with court bookings and ensure smooth operation of our padel courts.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote our club’s events, promotions, and membership offers to our guests.
• Collaborate with our team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of our café and lounge areas.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to our club’s overall success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of basic padel rules and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about sports and community building.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and professional demeanor.
