📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.,Manage and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.,Maintain accurate production records and reports.,Implement and enforce safety protocols in the production area.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a related field.,Proven track record in managing production teams and processes.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of quality control and safety standards.,Familiarity with production software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
