In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and present proposals, reports, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, and forecast sales targets.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
