As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while serving our valued customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.,Take and relay customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and restrooms.,Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and discreetly.,Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.,Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service standards.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Basic computer skills for remote communication and record-keeping.
