📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship.,Inspect and maintain existing infrastructure to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress and issues.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide technical guidance and support to field engineers and technicians.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing infrastructure projects.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools for project management and design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving company vehicles.
