In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our CNC machines, ensuring they are in optimal working condition. You will also be responsible for setting up and executing production plans, monitoring machine performance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC machines, including Haas, Mazak, and Okuma, to ensure high-quality production and efficiency.
• Set up and execute production plans, ensuring accurate and timely completion of orders.
• Monitor machine performance, identifying and resolving any issues or malfunctions.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on CNC machines to ensure their optimal working condition.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily targets and maintain a high level of quality.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machining Operator, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience operating and maintaining CNC machines, including brands like Haas, Mazak, and Okuma.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine setup procedures.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, meeting tight deadlines and targets.
