📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and representation in complex land disputes and litigation matters.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant land use regulations, environmental laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct due diligence on land acquisitions and disposals to identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
• Manage and maintain positive relationships with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in land law, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to other legal and non-legal staff on land law and regulatory compliance issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on land law, regulatory compliance, and community relations.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian land law and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or other relevant legal databases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
