📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction process of high-risk building projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage and coordinate a team of skilled professionals, including engineers, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues, ensuring the safety and quality of the construction work.
• Develop and implement construction schedules and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including building codes and environmental regulations.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Utilize construction management software such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar tools to streamline project management and communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-risk building construction projects.
• Certification in Construction Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate large teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar tools.
