📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead emergency response efforts during mining operations, ensuring the safety of personnel and the integrity of the site.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with emergency services and other stakeholders to ensure a swift and effective response to emergencies.
• Provide training and awareness programs to staff on emergency procedures and safety measures.
• Maintain and update emergency response plans and procedures.
• Monitor and report on safety performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve safety and security issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency response and safety management in the mining industry.
• Certification in First Aid, Advanced First Aid, or Emergency Response Training.
• Knowledge of risk assessment techniques and safety management systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in using safety management software such as SAP, MSHA, or similar.
• Ability to conduct safety audits and inspections.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate emergency response vehicles.
