📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the inbound logistics process, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries from suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to improve delivery performance and reduce lead times.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage solutions, and order fulfillment.
• Analyze data using tools like SAP and JDA to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and conduct regular audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound logistics management, with a proven track record of success.
• Certifications in logistics, supply chain, or a related field are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, including SAP and JDA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proven ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
