📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business processes and identify technology needs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology solutions meet business needs.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend technology solutions to optimize business processes.
• Create and maintain business process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and reports.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business and technology teams.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with Agile tools like Confluence or JIRA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and recommend technology solutions.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
