• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and understanding their beverage preferences.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcohol.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in mixology and beverage preparation.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage preparation.
• Proficiency in using bar tools and equipment, including shakers, jiggers, and strainers.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Valid certification in alcohol service and responsible alcohol service (e.g., SRT, SRTT, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive work culture.
