📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, and other distribution points to promote DMX Trading Indonesia's fresh produce products.
• Negotiate contracts and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
• Assist in setting up and managing display areas to maximize product visibility.
• Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Participate in team meetings and marketing campaigns to support overall business goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the fresh produce marketing field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the fresh produce or food industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
