📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial recording using SAP and other accounting software.
- Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
- Proficient in using SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and other accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
