Operations Manager - Hospitality & Tourism (Contract)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of our hotel and resort properties, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with department heads to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing team.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure the availability and functionality of all hotel and resort facilities, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the hospitality and tourism industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a multi-unit hotel or resort setting.
• Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management systems and property management software, such as PMS (Property Management System).
• Certification in operations management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
